Login Guide
User Login Guidelines
NOTE:
Due to security reasons, ATB/OPR/Admin users must upgrade JAVA to latest version.
Download JRE,
upon successful update, follow the Login instructions here:

Step 1
Open the ControlPanel in a terminal found in JRE's bin folder.
Click on the Security tab as shown in red circle and then drag the security level button to Medium and click on OK button
Step 2
Upon successfully accessing the APSRTC-OPRS application, you will be prompted to a pop-up as shown in the picture.
First click on check box as shown in red circle and then click on the Run button.
After processing "Ready for Login!" message appears in red color fonts in the main Login page.
Step 3
Then Enter the User Name and password and click on Login button.
In the pop-up window, click on No button as shown in the picture.

Click on the
Start
button and then click on the
Control Panel
option.
Double click on the Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.
Click on the Security tab as shown in red circle and then drag the security level button to Medium and click on OK button
Step 2
Upon successfully accessing the APSRTC-OPRS application, you will be prompted to a pop-up as shown in the picture.
First click on check box as shown in red circle and then click on the Run button.
After processing "Ready for Login!" message appears in red color fonts in the main Login page.
Step 3
Then Enter the User Name and password and click on Login button as shown in the red circle.
In the pop-up window, click on Allow button as shown in the picture.
Step 1
Click on the
Start
button and then click on the
Control Panel
option.
In the
Control Panel Search
enter
Java Control Panel
. Click on the Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.
Click on the Security tab as shown in red circle and then drag the security level button to Medium and click on OK button
Step 2

First click on check box as shown in red circle and then click on the Run button.
After processing "Ready for Login!" message appears in red color fonts in the main Login page.
Step 3
Then Enter the User Name and password and click on Login button.
In the pop-up window, click on Yes button as shown in the picture.
